The Town of Dauphin Island has successfully secured funding from the National Fish and Wildlife Foundaiotn Gulf Environmental Benefit Fund (NFWFGEBF) to restore approximately 25 acres of marsh habitat of Graveline Bay. The marsh plants continue to grow to fill in the marsh mounds. The project was monitored by the Dauphin Island Sea Lab over three years (2023-2025).
