Public Works Superintendent James Stokes and his staff are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all Town properties, including public rights-of-way. Crew members also assist with special events and community functions and are responsible for animal control services. The department strives to provide a safe, clean and attractive island community for residents and visitors alike.
